Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Timeline: You have 21 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item(s).

Condition: All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags still attached. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered are not eligible for a return or exchange.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns and exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact Us: Please email our customer support team at [sakshistyle2024@gmail.com] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.

Package Your Item(s): Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible, along with your proof of purchase.

Ship It: Drop off your package at the designated shipping carrier location.

Refunds and Processing 

• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
• Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Exchanges

• If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above. In your email, let us know the item and size/color you would like to exchange it for.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

Exceptions

Final Sale Items: All items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for a return or exchange. This will be clearly noted on the product page.

Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
